Riber Chief Executive Officer's Visit to Acken

On 17th May, 2019, Riber CEO visited Acken Optoelectronics Ltd. to communicate and negotiate on technical issues related to the customized MBE system and future cooperation. Alongside that, he visited the phase-two construction site of our Fab and was concerned about the progress and status of the clean room where the MBE system is to be installed.

Riber is the world's leading provider of molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) equipment, the most versatile and precise tool to deposit precise amounts of material onto substrates and which are used to design and create the newest semiconductor structures and manufacture many of these devices.  The customized system will help Acken to leap from small-lot production to mass production.

Acken is committed to provide world-class MBE-based compound semiconductor epi-wafers for optoelectronics and high-speed electronics applications. The cooperation between Acken and Riber will benefit the both sides.
